Vendor Info for April 9th 2011 MeFest Event
The new date for the Fall MeFest is Saturday April 9th 2011 being held at The Waterloo Recreation Complex from 9am-4pm
YOU MUST HAVE A FREEBIE FOR EVERYONE WHO WALKS THROUGH THE DOOR (we go with the number 500 as that is what we average per show). You also need a Draw Prize (but you keep the ballots, as your future contacts).
Basic table price (middle tables) will be $125 per table. If you wish to have a wall spot/electricity the price is $135 (remember it's a 6ft table, not a booth).
Please indicate this when registering. Please let us know your business, freebie, draw prize & spot preference when registering. If approved the preferred method of payment is InteracOnline. For approval please email

Meet You At MeFest
Here is some simplified directions to MeFest taking place Saturday April 10, 2010
Take note that Mapquest is not right, but with this you will get there.
First off is the Directions for local & underneath is the Directions for our out of town visitors

HERE'S THE DIRECTIONS....If you are coming from Kitchener take the expressway to Bridgeport Rd cut off, then go right off the cutoff, it is a one way street, stay to the lanes on the right. You'll go past a Zellers & the road splits a bit, stay in the right lane, you'll pass Uptown Waterloo-the name of the Road then changes to CAROLINE ST, still stay on that. Get in the very right lane. When you get to Erb St turn Right & then IMMEDIATELY you'll make another right (you'll see the big electronic sign that says WAT. RECREATION COMPLEX)-you're now on Father David Bauer Dr, you'll go around a bend & you will see the Rec Complex come up on your left)

If you're coming from 401 West
If you come in the 401 West then take exit #278 to Kitchener Waterloo which is Highway 8. As you drive more lanes will be added to the right of you. Stay in the lane 2nd to the right. You will then come to the exit Highway 85 to Waterloo, if you're in the 2nd to the right lane this is perfect. Take that ramp.
Once you've merged onto the expressway, get over until you are in the lane 2nd to the left, then you are heading for Waterloo,
From there...
